Health Policy - COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS

At Totally Trade Direct, the community and our loved ones has always been important to us and during these unprecedented times we want to reassure you that the health and safety of our customers, employees and their families continues to be our number one priority. Now is the time for us to support one another more than ever.

With this in mind, we wanted to reach out and reassure you that we are putting in place a number of robust measures designed to make health and safety a top priority, whilst still enabling people to buy cars from us. We understand that customers may be reluctant to venture out to buy a car, therefore we are going above and beyond to make your purchase as easy as possible by providing videos and any additional photos.

For those of you who are planning a visit to see us, we've always been a clean and tidy business, and behind the scenes our team are doing all they can to ensure even higher standards of hygiene and cleanliness. This includes disinfecting cars before and after test drives, providing customers with protective gloves to wear both in our premises and on any test drive. We also know that many of our customers have a great relationship with the team, so please excuse us if we no longer greet you with a warm hug or handshake.

We will continue to follow all World Health Organisation, Government and Public Health England advice and act accordingly. Currently we remain open by appointment bookings, however, we will continue to monitor the rapidly changing situation closely and respond as advised by those experts.

We'd love to still hear from you – self-isolating can be lonely so let's all keep chatting and sharing. We'd like to say a huge thank you to all of our team for all of their hard work and efforts in these uncertain times and also to you, our customers, for continuing to support us. It's not easy for anyone and we're lucky to have a great team that pulls together to make the best of any situation.
